  6. I'm 65 and was diagnosed with CHF a few months ago. Also have diabetes. I've been doing your 20 minute senior workout every other day for several weeks. I feel like I should be getting stronger, instead the workouts are getting harder. My daughter wondered if I was exceeding my target heart rate. Frankly I had never considered that. Today I tested the theory. I found my rate should be 105-151. Today after vacuuming my house my rate was 145. Can you give me some guidance? I am trying to extend my life.

  12. I'm a regular of your workouts and I prefer getting thru YouiTube as it is easy to find the 30-min workouts for seniors than direct to the Hasfit.com which I find it hard to read as there are so many workouts and programs that the letterings are very small already.

  19. I'm so happy I found this video. I have Achilles tendinitis and have not figured out how to work out without setting back my recovery. This workout got my heart rate up and worked great muscles. I'm encouraged and more motivated now.

  23. Love this workout – one of my favorites. Can you incorporate abdominals. I have cervical problems and tend not to do floor exercises. I am 62 yo.

  24. I really like having to option of standing or sitting. I have knee problems which have improved so I'm trying standing again but don't want to get worse again. Torn meniscus on inner and outer leg that I understand will not go way. I used to do the advanced workouts so its been a struggle slowing down. So thank you so much for these routines that I could also make my own.

  31. Gosh found HASfit two months ago. Had sciatica etc went to physio and chiro once a week , it helped for 30 min
    But that was it. Eventually went to neurosurgeon. Had nerve block now at this stage it really works. So if docs did 90 % I felt obligated to do my part. Oh so love your programme. I feel alive again. I feel years younger. I am 68 and once again dancing in kitchen while making supper.
    You have no idea how you have given me a new perspective on live.

    Used to ride my horse 3 times a week, now I am starting to feel I am able to get back to horse riding

  42. just found your videos, love them, I am 74 and have neuropathy in my feet so the seated exercise is good for me. Your workouts are vigorous enough for me to get a good workout. I like that you can be more vigorous is you want and can use hand weights or not. Thanks, keep them coming.

  44. I just had ACL/meniscus repair surgery and these workouts are a lifeline to keep me moving and keep up my mental well-being, as well as let me sweat without hurting myself! I have only had to modify slightly since my brace must stay in locked position for now. Thank you for providing these great workouts!

  47. I overdid using my feet in cardio class and walking the last few days. This was a great workout that is gentler on my lower body while giving me some cardio, core work, and stretching.
