Hi guys, welcome back to another motivational monday This week we’re going to learn to use the cable system We’re going to do an easy tricep pushdown So for this, to adjust the weight all you have to do is pull the pin out on the side And you’ll place it in whatever number. It goes up by tens so it’s actually set at 20 right now. To adjust the height of the handle all you have to do is pull out on the right handle here And just slide it up This week I’m using the rope for the tricep pushdown So all we want to do is, we want to keep our elbows at 90 degrees and just push down Return it nice and safely, and that’s it!
