  1. Great video and very informative! I been taking ashwagandha and rhodiola recently because I heard it reduces cortisol, and just to see if I can get an advantage of it in the gym, as far as adding muscle. I also take DHEA as I've read it's also very effective at reducing cortisol. I'd like to see a video about DHEA, as there's always been mixed reviews about it. It converts to testosterone and estrogen in the body but research suggest it doesn't build muscle, but in older individuals and women, it seems to have some effect in muscle gain.

  2. China also uses ground up rhino tusks for erectile dysfunction. So just maybe not everything they do is super cool and useful.

  3. Dive deep with Dorian ! I love how you structure your videos, and how you timestamp everything. Small request for your consideration : pinning a comment with the timestamps for those of us on mobile please!

  4. As usual, an exceptional content delivered just "in front of our door". So clear and helpful. You must have spent hours doing it but the result is worth it and awesome. Thank you for all your work Dorian.

  5. really good. just talk a little slower. we can speed it up if we want, but slowing down sounds weird. this is worth a 1 hour watch 🙂

  6. I've been researching Adaptogens for a while now. I went to have a look at the product you suggested and it's exactly what I'm looking for however the shipping for UK is so expensive whyyyyy 😭😭😭

  7. Could you just grow them yourself and eat them or make them into tea or maybe dry and grind them up in a food processor and put them in pill capsules?

  8. What are the specific manufacturers you purchase these products from? That info would be very helpful. I’d like to purchase high quality products that you personally recommend.

Thank you for putting together so many wonderful and informative videos. Much appreciated!

  9. Of course Americans are the most stressed.. everywhere else in the world, theres brothels and other crazy secksy things. In America there is nothing except drugs. And those are illegal. Lel.

  10. Loved this video super helpful. For your next video can you talk about herbs that can help build muscle that were not talked about in this video?

  11. Would be interested to see you discuss the cellular/mitochondrial support that is said to come from resveratrol, CoQ10, and PQQ.

  12. I'm doing alternate day fasting. I basically have 40hours fasted (water with electrolytes) and then an 8 hour eating period.
Could I possibly take ashwagandha in pill or even dilute it in some water and consume it without getting kicked out of my fast? I have ashwagandha on my meal day but I want to take it on my fasting day.
    Cheers, great video!

  13. $100 AUD just to receive it. I get that it's the price you pay for good health, and the price in obtain all the ingredient etc but PULL THE OTHER LEG! it's almost 2020 and we're still living like it's 1980! F sick of it!

  15. What if we took adaptogens for a long time and one day stop using them? Can an organism get used to their effects and it become worse than before we started taking it? 🤔

  18. Hey man so I just watched your 40 minute video about fasting. You said some electrolytes have glucose in them, which breaks your fast. I just brought electrolyte plus off of my protein and was wondering if they have glucose in them. I'm currently doing a long fast I'm on day 8 of 30 and was planning to start taking them around day 12. But I dont want them to break my fast. Wondering if they did or didn't

  19. Thank you great information. Can you tell me if I have to stop ashwagandha ever? I take it everyday now just starting 500 -1000mg per day. I always thought adaptegens you don't need to cycle off?

  20. I would say that your work in your videos is pretty solid with clinical researches and information. An overall great content and different among others. More likely in order to create new content takes a while due to the research that must be done. We as readers can support you not only by subscribing but also by providing you ideas about new content. I would like to see an extend video in order to help bodybuilders what kind of training should choose according their goals and needs. Plus informations on how it's one works and why. I personally see many " specialist" creating videos about the best training or supplements but almost none has nothing to say.keep up the good work.

  21. Im looking into ginseng and ashwaganda mainly from a physical standpoint. Im working out 6-7 days a week, so looking to recover faster and / or optimize my gains. Less cortisol, more testosterone sounds good.

I dont know whats better to use and dossage though. I am not stressed, dont have anxiety problems or have boner issues. So I dont mind if I get a bit calmer and more focussed as a side effect but its not my goal taking these supplements.

So which one is better then? Or should I take both and what dossage? Im looking up information and doing the research, gonna run some tests myself of course. But if anyone that did this allready could give their advice that would be great.

Also ashwaganda I read is best cycled with 4 days on, 3 days off or every other day? To prevent your body getting adapted to it? But it can be used for years that way. Meanwhile gingseng is said to be only for a couple of weeks / months on 10-12 weeks I think and then best to take a month break. At least the info I found so far.

Thanks so much if anyone could give me some pointers.
