ADVANCED Lower abs workout – 5 Min

welcome to today’s lower ab workout so if you have been struggling with lay belly pooch that lower ab area this workout was made just for you let’s jump into our warm up which is walk out you’re gonna walk your hands all the way out and welcome back to your feet stand up and raise your arms and be all cute if this is your first workout of the day you know what to do pause the video check the description get a proper warm-up in before you do these exercises [Music] let’s go first exercise we’re just gonna go full beast mode right out the gate with ab pulses if you’re unable to do the version on the left do the modification you see on the right give it a shot do your best if you’re doing the ab pulse use your arms to support your upper body lean back keep your core engaged and use your ab muscles to raise both legs if your body is making this logistically impossible do the modification you see in the corner where you’re raising one leg at a time this is an amazing way to target your lower abs without crunching speaking of crunches are you ready for the next exercise reverse crunches if you’re unable to do reverse crunches do the modification you see on the right take a deep breath let’s go put your hand underneath your booty it will help you keep your lower back on the mat and focus on using your abs to raise your lower body off of the mat if you’re doing the modified version just bend at the knees one leg at a time that was good next up we have pulse drops you’re going to bend one knee leave one foot relaxing on the mat and the other leg is gonna pulse twice at the top of the movement before you bring your leg down to the mat raise your leg up pulse and then take it back down let’s go raise your leg up pulse good take it down don’t worry about doing this quickly just focus on getting the form switch legs do the same thing when you bring your leg down do your best not to let your leg touch the floor but if it does ain’t no shame in your game you’re working out do your best that’s all you got to do leg down make sure your lower back is on the mat arms are relaxed that was amazing give me some slow cycles these are like the bicycles you know and love but in slow-mo make sure your lower back stays on the mat when you’re doing this very good you’re playing the mannequin challenge now with your ab workouts that’s what we’re doing now really bring that knee in bring the other elbow in and just hold it and then switch keep that lower back on the mat switch slow engage your core to help you balance and our last move of the day we’re doing a plank but it’s a wide plank you’re going to keep your feet nice and wide with your arms in the normal position are you ready give it a shot give it a shot you can do it [Music] straddle your feet you want your wrists underneath your shoulder palms open make sure your fingers are making contact with the floor or the mat don’t let the hips sag towards the mat raise your hips just a bit good hold it release that tension in your shoulders put all the tension in your core so that was so fun and thank you for working out with me today I love that you did that hi just a kiss you’re new here I’m Cola just like coca-cola and I am married I have a son with my husband now we live in Texas I love pizza with no tomato sauce I am a certified personal trainer I am also certified in nutrition and I wanted to personally invite you to check out my website kabocha fitness calm on there you can find an all-inclusive all-access pass to all of my workouts and this includes premium 30-minute workouts that are not available on YouTube my eight-week booty program my 21 day belly fat focus program and get this your whole year of workouts planned for you January through December you never have to think about it ever again you can access all this content directly from my website by logging in or you can download the iPhone app or the Android app and just have everything in one place in your pocket it’s so convenient go ahead and check out my website cocoa fitness comp it’s totally free to try so give it a shot see if it’s right for you [Music] [Music]
