  4. They should make a flat bottom appachetty.. I had to rule out making this recipe just because I use an electric stove and there is no flat bottom appachetty.

  12. i like this recipe.but we r making 3 cup raw white rice.take one cup rice soaking one hour.two cups rice is socking 3 hours. one cup rice one hour after grind and take rice small one cup curunal[mean rava curunal shape].curunal nice put some warm water.then 2 cup rice is grinding and take the flour.take one cup coconut need to grind and all mix it.8 hours after we can make Appam. little baking powder and salt put and make.this is srilankan appam.

    I could swear I had something like that, but it was over 25 years ago. I thought it was kind of yellowish. I don't recall a coconut flavor, though. I really appreciate your works online. – Thank you both so much for sharing.
