Slow Move Fitness is slowing down the movement
and the breathing in order to get more results, more efficiency. I like to say that never
before will you have ever worked so hard in a zen environment. There are many benefits
in slowing down the movement: you’ll have better body awareness, a better posture, you’ll
get more results in strength, mobility, flexibility and even in cardiac coherence. All the workouts
are built the same way: we always start with a five-minute warm-up, followed by 9 sequences
of muscular exercises, flexibility, mobility, core or balance exercises and then breathing
exercises, and then we follow with 5 minutes of stretching and 5 minutes of meditation.
Slow Move Fitness is for everyone. It is an online program that you can do at home, by
yourself, with a trainer that will show you 3 different levels of intensity to make sure
you can follow.
