  1. This is a fantastic video on repetitive motions, poor posture, fixations, and how how to resolve these!

  2. Buy a Back Buddy in Amazon and work out those knots. Much easier and you will be able to pinpoint each one of those hot spots and more.

  3. Thank you! I'm an Esthetician who does facials all day. I'm finding lots of pain/stiffness/tightness in my neck, back, shoulders as well as my low back. Any suggestions specifically for Estheticians? πŸ™‚

  4. Like the video and very helpful information. Quick question for you two. Is there a modified version of the hallelujah stretch for me since I am not allowed to reach above my head due to Drs and Physical therapist orders.

  5. Wow!! I' m going to try all these..you have no idea how tight my muscles get, especially in my neck and trapeze muscles.. Tmj adds more to my painπŸ˜₯ thanks so much for this videi!!πŸ’•

  6. Can you do a video on cervicogenic headaches? Currently on day 11 and the pain is not letting up. I'm trying the exercises from your previous videos and hope they will help me in the future. I see pain management on Wednesday and am hoping for some kind of relief.

  7. Hi there! I'm the one with the shoulder issues πŸ˜ͺ I started seeing a phyical therapist last week and these are exactly what I do. They are thinking my shoulder pain is due to tied up mussels in my upper upper back/ scapula!! I love watching you guy's!! Good info…thank you!!

  8. I swear, y’all are following me! I went to my chiro today for that same reason. I even told her about this channel, saying I’m trying to be good. Thanks Bob and Brad!

  9. I use Miracle Balls from the Miracle Ball Method. They’re softer and work well for people who can’t handle the hardness of the tennis ball.

  10. excellent video bob and brad you both are excellent PT therapists thank you for all of your expertise πŸ‘

  11. I teach people a similar one but with two balls so you can do both sides at the same time and always along the whole length of the spine. Works great but can be a product of a pelvis in the wrong position as well.

  12. Hi I dislocated my shoulder 10 years ago had surgery. I've still been doing PT but I have this achy numb and sometimes burning feeling in my right shoulder blade area is that normal or is there something I can do about it?
