to heal yourself health is wealth now a lot of people are doing the seven day vegan challenge and this video is all about everything you need to know about the vegan diet it's time to get our health back it's time to eat to heal ourselves and we even had breakfast yet can I get a Hello so wonderful deep divers let me dive straight into it let me share with you was helped me along my journey everything you need to know about the vegan diet I've been a vegan for over 14 years and my entire life has changed a lot of people always ask me you wonderful deep divers Ralph why did you go vegan and that's a great question a vegan is someone who abstains from all animal products someone who doesn't eat animals no meat no dairy and going vegan was the best choice I made in my entire life I'm healthier I'm happier and I've got more energy to play with the cat down the road Oh exactly deep divers did you know over fifty six billion animals are killed every single year did you know that between 37 billion and 120 billion fish and marine life are killed every single year between 37 a hundred and 20 billion marine life are killed every single year so the reason why when vegan is because I truly care about all life-forms on the planet I say this the divers respect whole life respect the life you can't create mmm slow motion this side mmm we are approaching the sixth extinction event on planet Earth because of how we are treating the planet I use this platform inspiring millions to promote respecting animals I don't just love the dog down the road or the cat down the road I respect all animals and that's the biggest reason why I went vegan I have compassion but Ralph what where the vegans get their protein from okay this is a common question where do you get your protein from I've been a vegan for over 14 years I'm getting my protein from somewhere hmm slow motion this side mmm did you know chia seeds are a complete source of protein did you know that chlorella is a complete source of protein spirulina complete source of protein so you can get protein from plant-based sources you don't need to kill animals to get protein a lot of people always ask me ralph was it hard to go vegan yes it's very very hard to stop eating what you have been conditioned to eat from childhood okay deep divers growing up I too liked hot dogs hamburgers all of that junk right so over 14 years ago when I had to say actually no more fast food it was hard but pause those fruits poss those grapes right step-by-step I started to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into my diet and then I started to realize that whoa mother nature has blessed us with so much delicious plant-based foods it's unbelievable I started to eat kale limes papaya watermelon grapes figs wild rice I started to realize that avocados right all the nutrients are there inside the plant-based foods I don't even have to harm another life-form to be healthy right so the hardest part of going vegan is dealing with idiots the hardest part of going vegan is the mental strength that's needed to go vegan you see what you need to know about the vegan diet is that it's actually not a diet right it's a lifestyle it's become very trendy a lot of people want to go vegan just because Ralph smart is going vegan I've already gone vegan by the way a lot of people want to go vegan because I'm doing the seven day vegan challenge right I mentioned in every single video on purpose right but that's not the best reason to go vegan you have to go vegan because you want to go vegan for the animals right because that's why we're doing it we're doing it to help protect animals because we care about animals exactly right so you have to really realize that going vegan is not a fashion trend it's a lifestyle what you need to know is that the reason why I've chosen the plum based diet the reason why I'm healthier than ever is because praises be to my mental energy can never be destroyed only transferred as a psychologist there's somebody who deals with a mind but also sees the correlation between what we are eating and how we are feeling our emotional body a lot of us we have a pain body we are suffering we are depressed we are full of fear because of what we are consuming energy can never be destroyed if you are eating animals who didn't want to be butchered hey kill me no no animal wants to be killed right if you are eating an animal who was killed listen very closely against its own will once an animal is killed and butchered it releases harmful toxins in the blood stress hormones and now we are consuming this have you ever wondered why people are full of so much fear because of what they are eating right because of what they're eating so I said okay I get it cuz that was a time deep divers this was like 20 years ago when I used to eat a lot of meat what would happen I would wake up full of fear angry all the time not realizing that the food I was eating was butchered the animals were tortured and this energy got absorbed into my bloodstream then I made the greatest choice of my life to say actually I want to start eating life I want to start eating to live it's time to start eating to heal myself and I started to eat kama free foods and ever since you get that vegan glow from all of those mangoes full of vitamin A right your heart health improves what you need to know about the vegan diet is that there are so many health benefits it's unbelievable many people who have been watching my videos have actually gone vegan years ago and they always show me their before and after pictures I'm like is that you is that you right it's a total transformation they look so different they look healthier happier their skin is glowing and I'm like wow they're like Ralph nobody can guess my age I'm like I'm not surprised I can't even do that right the benefits is that it actually improves your cardiovascular health going vegan prevents helps prevent cancer it helps to prevent cancer the World Health Organization have shown that processed meats cause cancer anytime you are heating foods excessively especially fried foods you are producing acrylamide which actually causes cancer so the moment I started to eat the plant-based diet incorporate more fruits and vegetables with live enzymes all of a sudden I'm eating to heal myself no anxiety anymore no depression and I feel better about myself so going vegan has tons of health benefits but also the community is fantastic okay and that's the upside of going vegan the vegan community is one of the most supportive communities you will ever find just look at Instagram just look at YouTube just look at the seven day vegan challenge what Ralph smart is doing connecting vegan   5. ok, Ralph, I'm going to ask you for some help here. My preference would be to go 100% plant-based, but I'm having some trouble…. see… last year, while I was living and studying at a Buddhist monastery for almost 6 months, all meals (breakfast and lunch, we never ate dinner,) were vegan–which I LOVED. I was raised as a meat-eater and I actually do not have moral issues with it…. WAIT… #pleasedonthurtme…… I communicate pretty much equally with animals and plants (and crystals and other beings, too, for that matter,) and it has always been hard for me to morally distinguish between what living being is "better to sacrifice" for me to continue walking this mortal coil so that I can continue walking it. HOWEVER…. I DO see some MAJOR issues with the meat industry practices on this planet currently…. beyond reprehensible…. and the way the animals are treated in the process…. But get this… I perceive abuse to plants in our current agricultural practices, too… and plants don't want to die either!!!! But the meat industry is faaaaaaaaaaaar more egregious, and if we are to survive as a species on this planet (humans,) we need to totally overhaul and stop these meat industry practices. But yes, my preference would be to just eat plant-based. Now, the problem I'm having is that while I was at the monastery LOVING that great vegan food……I became anemic. And no matter what supplements the monastery procured for me, the situation just kept getting worse… to the point that my blood was beginning to produced malformed blood cells, which were severely undersized… and I worked with a doctor to try and address the issue because I was becoming sallow-skin colored… and weaker by the day….. sooooooo what can I do Ralph??? My doctors put me on a mainly vegetarian diet with a little bit of meat occasionally…… what else can I do, Ralph…. help… please???

What's a good response if plant based foods are karma free foods but someone who farms till the ground and kills lots of animals to plant the harvest and maintain that?   7. I’ve been a vegan for at least 30 years. I’ll be 79 this year. My body just guided me there – step by step. No meds. No car – just a bike and feet!

  8. ive thought about it for year's, it's like where i try the different vegetables or fruits i retch or feel sick, it's strange one time i had vegetables soup and i was sick after that, it's like my body rejects it and you cannot force it, im sort of stuck at this stage, i don't mind smoothies though, that's one way to get it all down you without the reaction, i think becoming a vegan is very challenging.

  10. This may sound really weird but I’m part time vegan. I’m vegan for like two months and then non vegan for 2 months again and again. In this way I can eat healthy and save the world but sometimes I can have my toast with omelets lol…
