  2. Don't joke. I lost LITERALLY 818 TONS (that's three locomotives) on that workout. The speed at which you cross your legs is crucial — no joke!

  3. Hey, Tenz units can crank some juice and can build muscle if you crank it up enough. It's not supposed to be a replacement for normal exercise it can just target certain muscle groups that some people with disabilities can't easily use otherwise.

  5. As someone who has taken ballet for 20 years, those barre workouts are ridiculous! If you want a body like Misty Copeland, train ballet 30 hours a week for for 10+ years.

  8. Sleeping burns calories as well as eating but you pit on more calories than burning them after eating and faring burns 15 calories and yawning burns 5-10

  9. A lot of people don’t know this, so I’ll let you in on a little secret, becoming a meth addict helps you lose so much weight, but a pound or two is probably gonna be your teeth. Imagine how skinny you’re gonna be! No teeth is just a small side effect that means it’s working!

  11. You know, as a beginner at working out, videos like these are very discouraging because these workouts are SO INTENSE. I don't know if I'll ever get to Keith's level of fitness, and that makes me sad.
