because he needs to start doing some exercises not just what he looks but

body home workouts today to get you know physical fitness level pumping. But yours is fine, you go to the gym.. I … I can tense and pretend that I have something but… We are going to start from the shoulders and walk our way down to the legs is
something I’m trying to because we are not using any equipment it’s all body Weight alright are you ready Good. Good boy. So the very first thing we are doing is shoulders press but we are going to be using this chair so, this is how you do it.. Move a bit So, you go up Oh dear Like that and you press
one two three four I am doing all the work Five, Six Alright, you try My head is going to go beet root red Alright, now walk closer to the chair It is so slippery Come on! Mikey I can’t do this with my socks Take off the socks Are you this unfit? Come on! Legs I am unfit Yeah I know The other leg? No touch Come on Lets spot you. Let me spot your mid body Alright walk closer alright alright down go down by the weight guys know how you
do it Mike is just way too weak I never did any tricks or anything I used to be
able to do all this thing yes well I hate the sense of not having control
over my body you know Mike won’t realize where you
have full control defective society was a failure
