Men urged to be proactive in wellbeing

It’s Men’s Health Week and the message to men
is to be proactive about their well-being, to prevent health problems
further down the track. Maori men have high rates of stroke,
testicular cancer, heart problems, and depression than women. Men’s Health Week ambassador
Mike King says going to the doctor once a year
is the best gift a man can give their family.
