Natural Stress Relievers Review

Welcome everyone. Today we’re going to be looking at natural
stress and anxiety supplements that I’ve been taking in the last year. I first saw these combinations of supplements
on the Dr. Oz show. At some point in our lives we’re all faced
with some level of stress and anxiety. Being able to find natural and safe relief
also helps us in that pursuit as many prescriptions medications have a lot of harmful side effects. Granted, you should always consult with your
health care provided before beginning any supplement or dietary product. What we’re looking at today is Rescue Spray,
L-Theanine, Melissa or Lemon Balm and Holy Basil. Any and all additional information concerning
these products can be found by clicking the About Tab and clicking Show More button. Rescue spray is a natural remedy made from
flower essences. It has been used by generations as an effective remedy to help restore inner
calm, control and focus. Simply applied on the tongue it has a bit
of an alcohol base flavor and seems to work within 10 to 15 minutes . It does seem to provide a nice calming effect
and for some it may even make you a bit drowsy, but you’re still alert and able to go about
your day. L-Theanine, is an amino acid and a glutamic
acid analog primarily found in tea, particularly Green Tea. Able to cross the bloodbrain barrier, theanine
has psychoactive properties. Theanine has been studied for its potential
ability to reduce mental and physical stress, improve cognition and boost mood and cognitive
performance in a synergistic manner with caffeine I’ve found L-Theanine to be a great stress
reliever and does seem to generate a sense of alertness. Lemon Balm or Melissa has both a culinary
and medicinal use. Among its many attributes. It is also used as an anxiolytic, mild sedative
or calming agent. At least one study has found it to be effective at reducing stress, although
the study’s authors call for further research. Holy Basil is cultivated for religious and
medicinal purposes, and for its essential oil. It is widely known across Asia as a medicinal
plant and an herbal tea. For my purposes it also acts as a great stress
reliever in combination with L-Theanine, Lemon Balm and Rescue Spray. I’ve not experienced any kind of side effects
while taking these products alone or with other products that I take. The effects of these products are mild to
moderate so if you’re experiencing serious cases of stress or anxiety be sure to consult
your health care provided for treatment. These products have really been a benefit
to help reduce a little of the edge you may experience from stress and anxiety. If you’re looking for an all natural way to
help reduce the sensation or affects of stress and anxiety, I recommend you research these
products, find a vender you trust and give them a try. Thanks for watching, be sure to click that
