  2. Wow what an amazing workout! I am not a senior but am overweight and have not exercised for over a year due to a knee injury so this was great for trying to back into working out. Don't let the chair or the fact that the workout is catered to seniors fool you. This kicked my butt. Respect to the seniors working out with you. New subie. Thanks so much for sharing and keep the workouts coming.👍🏾

  3. Hi Curtis, I found you about a year ago and got lazy, but I tell all my friends about your exercises. Today I decided I really needed to get back to exercising again…not just walking…and you were pick number one. Love the new look. The exercises are challenging but within my range of ability and I like how you offer modifications. It makes me want to continue. The only thing stopping me, is me.
    Thank you. I just enjoyed two exercises..back to back…just want I needed, I state as sweat is pouring off my face. WHAT A WORKOUT! I also enjoy the minute after. I truly appreciate what you do. I know you indicated you have a TV show…if I am ever in South Florida, I would love to watch…what channel please?
    Oh and your team of ladies…give them my best. I must encourage my mother to work out with "us."

  9. Excellent work out – even for those of us who walk miles every day and are active at home. This was very comprehensive, challenging for some of the balance exercises, and didn't put strain on areas with issues. Thanks.
