Many of our clubs have an area designated for stretching and body weight exercises. And you might ask, “Why do have an area just for stretching?” Well, because it’s that important. Stretching for just 10 to 15 minutes after your workout is going to help lengthen the muscle fibers that you broke down during your workout which in turn is going to help you recover faster and get stronger. As for the body weight exercises some of the equipment you’ll find here includes: stability balls, medicine balls, foam rollers, and more. So whether you’re stretching or trying to strengthen your core you’ll have the space to do it and the equipment to do it right.
