and knead the soft dough Knead the dough similar
to the dough of Chappati We took regular water to knead the dough We have kneaded the soft
dough of refined flour We took a 1/2 cup of
water to knead the dough still, two tablespoons
is remaining from it We will cover and rest it
for 15 to 20 minutes to set To make the stuffing of momos,
we took 2 cups of grated cabbage and it is a grated carrot It is a finely chopped capsicum We are making the momos at home that's
why we can add desired veggies to it You can add onion, mushroom,
brocolli or any desired veggie to it We have took the veggies Now, we will add the tempering to it We will preheat a tempering pan for it Add a tablespoon of oil in it The oil has heated Add a 1/2 inch of grated ginger baton to it Turn the flame to low and it is 2 finely chopped green chillies We have deseed it to make it lesser spicy Saute it Roasting it helps to
make the stuffing tasty We will spread tempering
over the veggies Add a 1/2 teaspoon of salt to it Add 1 to 2 tablespoons
of green coriander to it Mix all the ingredients well The stuffing is ready 20 minutes have passed We will mash the dough to make it smooth The dough appears so soft and smooth We will divide its dough lumps Divide the smaller sized lumps for momos Cover and keep them aside Lift a dough lump,
roll it into a round shaped Peda. Take some dry flour,
coat it and flatten it thinly Make sure that you flatten
it from the corners. Keep it thick from the center
and thin from the corners. We will flatten it into
a diameter of 3 inches Flattened it, place it on your
palm and add some stuffing over it. 1 or 2 teaspoons Now, we will seal it Firstly, lift a corner and stick it twice Fold it from other side,
move it upwards and stick it Fold it, stick it and press it Press and stick the
remaining portion as shown Here, we have assembled a momo Assemble all the momos likewise Here, we have assembled the momos As you can notice,
there is some stuffing remaining But, if we will notice it there is a
lesser quantity water remaining in it We have added tempering to it The cooked stuffing is perfectly moist We took a vessel to steam
it, add 2 cups of water to it Switch on the flame Cover it and let the water boil The water has boiled Grease the strainer with some oil Grease it well Place strainer over a vessel Arrange momos over it Place them at some distance,
they usually expand after steaming Cover it and steam the momos for 10 minutes 10 minutes have passed The momos has also cooked The momos cooks well within 10 minutes If we will over cook these then
these might get stiff from the top. The momos has steamed cooked
well, we will let these cool down The steamed momos are ready Now, we will make its Tandoori momos We will prepare the marinate for it Here, we took a 1/2 cup of curd Add 2 tablespoons of chickpea flour to it If you are taking hung
curd then there is no requirement of adding
chickpea flour to it Add a teaspoon of red chilli powder to it You can increase or decrease its
quantity according to your taste Add a teaspoon coriander powder to it Add a 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder to it Add a 1/4 teaspoon of Garam Masala to it Add more than a 1/4 teaspoon of salt to it Mix all the ingredients well The marinate is ready We will add momos to it We will coat these with the Masala mixture We will do it politely because
these momos has just cooked These are soft momos They shouldn't break It has coatted the momos well Now, we will let it rest
for 15 to 20 minutes We have marinated it for 20 minutes Now, we will cook these To bake in an oven,
we will assemble these in a rod, We will place it over it Place them in an over for baking these For it, we have already preheated
it at 230 degree centigrade Now, we will set the oven for 10 minutes Later on, we will check it Take a skewer to cook
it directly on the flame It should have a handle
to hold from the back to avoid our hands from burning We will assemble the momos in these We have assembled the momos in a skewer We will place these at some
distance on medium flame Rotate and cook these until
there are black spots over them The black spots have appears on all sides These momos has cooked Let us check the momos of oven As we can notice,
there are good spots over it But, they haven't baked
well from the bottom Arrange it on the lower wrack Let it bake for 2 minutes more Let us check the momos It has dark spots and became brown The momos have baked We will spread some butter over it Let's prepare momos for serving Spread some Chaat Masala over it You can increase or decrease the
quantity of spices as per your taste I am adding its lesser quantity Add some coriander leaves If you like onion then you can
add it after finely chopping it Toss it as shown Tandoori momos are ready to be served You can serve it with momos red
dip, chilli dip and mayonnaise. It tastes scrumptious Be attentive while cooking i Knead its dough which
is not stiffer or softer Flatten the lump from the corners It shouldn't be thick
or thin from the center Stuff with the stuffing and steam it Be attentive regarding the
