  1. You can put carrots and tomatoes in for vitamins and flavor. A can of quality tuna every 2 or 3 days would be good too I'd think. Good fats like that. Maybe a hard boiled egg every few days too?

  5. look at the average American's diet , if nothing else it should point out to most the garbage we are eating on a daily basis …. don't diet … change your eating habits and give thanks you're not one of the millions that go to bed each night hungry !!!!

  6. I'm trying this diet, adding salad and fruit. Gonna stay on it till I reach at least 145 lbs. , started at 167, at 161 now, 4 days in…..

  8. I think if you add a few more leafy greens and spices to the soup, along with adding a few more servings of meat, it'll work just fine
    Also….exercising along with it too will help
