  1. I am starting this today. I do have a question though, is it ok to cut up the garlic before you put it in the honey and store the mixture for the week? I notice in the videos it always shows whole cloves.

  2. My fresh step is to take honey into my mouth (not immediately swallowing it) thence I peeled 2-3 cloves of garlic and chew it mixing up with honey in my mouth.. that maintains my health stability.

  11. I'm battling CF & caught the flu this year that landed me in the hospital for 14 days of intravenous meds through a picc line! I so hope not to repeat that this year, so I'm on the garlic, honey & ginger train. Going to add turmeric at some point. I just cannot get sick again this year! My lung capacity is diminished because of that bout & another bout would not be a good thing for me at this point.

  12. Me and my boyfriend take raw garlic every day with honey on an empty stomach. There are mixed reviews online about the pain associated with it, usually there is a sharp pain similar to period pain for 30-60 seconds and it’s gone. I read in a book that happens when garlic enters tiny wholes made by parasites. Has anyone done any deeper research about impact of garlic on empty stomach?

  15. i mix garlic with honey i put it inside frige for 7 days and anytime i take one clove with the honey on an emty stomach i feel pains and after few minutes i become ok should i continue or stop
