  2. I really need this! I recently moved and the people that are around me are so negative that I have been depressed the entire time since moving. I told my husband that we need to step away from them even though they are family, but I don't want to continue like this and my kids are going to see the changes (if they haven't notice it yet. I never did yoga and I am planning to start as well as aroma therapy.

    This video helped me a lot (like all of your videos like that). I'm very young (14 years old) and i read a book about a zombie apocalipse. I couldn't read it because it's very depressing and when i read just one page i felt depressed. When i just look at it, it makes me sad. I stopped reading it, and it still makes me sad when the story crosses my mind. And also i like chill, indie, and electro indie songs. Last year when i found these songs i couldn't stop dancig and singing them, but now they makes me cry. Ann, have you got any ideas why are they bad for me? I'm happy, and positive all day so i don't think i'm still depressed. Anyway the books name is This is not a test from Courtney Summers.

  4. This is a really helpful talk yet (thanks!), I think it's important to understand that it is impossible and unhealthy to eliminate stress completely. Stress, if at a balanced level, can motivate us. Perhaps we can strive towards keeping our stress level at a balanced healthy level. ๐Ÿ™‚

  9. My friends makes me happy, and i know i make them happy too.
    all of us known each other for almost 4 years from now. because of them i learned so many things.
    But these past weeks i feel like there is something wrong. ย 
    I feel out of place, they dont call me if they are going somewhere and i feel like they dont like me anymore, it hurts so bad. so i always end up getting mad at them like twice or more times a week, i just dont talk to them, i stay quiet because idk what to do or to say. Maybe its because of me? i feel like i've changed so much, i've changed because of the things that happened to me in my family and other stuffs in my life.

    Last Friday i got mad at them again. on saturday I watched some of your videos those tea talks videos, and i realize that i need to say sorry to my friends for all of the things i've done to them and for the things i did to them that i didn't notice but i was scared because maybe they're mad at me too because i always get mad at them and because they dont like me anymore.

    on sunday night one of my friends messaged me on facebook and she said please call me. So i called her up, she was crying then and i asked her why she was crying, she told me she doesnt want this anymore and i asked her what is she saying, she didn't respond so i said that just go and message me on twitter. i messaged her on twitter and and her why, she just said nevermind. i know its because of the things that happened to our friendship.ย 
    On monday i felt awkward, i felt the same. one of my friends changed, she's now being a little rude to meย 

    I really love my friends and i dont know what will i do if they leave me, can i get back those days we had before? can we be close again? how can i do that? please help me ann.. :-((

  13. I really want to tell what I do when I'm sad or with stress , I just got look at a big mirror and tell all my problems to me bye the mirror, I shout at me , I laugh at me , etc , I really want you to try that , it's a very easy way to leave the stress & al bad thing in our body โค๏ธ

Hello I watch many videos a day but destressing caught my eye and let me tell you this was the best I loved the night sky part I always tend to look at the sky at night but never saw it in the way you talked about it I would just say look at moon or look at how dark the sky is but from this video you have given the night sky an entire new meaning I even teared up it was so touching.   18. I'm not super consistent with it, but I agree- yoga really can make a world of difference when I'm going through a really stressful time. It's such an wonderful opportunity to get out of your own head and have the poses and breathing to focus on. It's just so centering, right? I love it.

    I just discovered your videos and I love them! If you want to do yoga at home, I'd recommend the Yoga with Adriene channel here on youtube. Her routines are great- plus her voice is so soothing. I talk about it a little bit in some of my videos, too!

  21. This video helps a lot. I have chronic pain so I'm constantly uncomfortable, stressed, and not at peace. You inspire me so much and whenever I watch your videos I feel so calm and I kind of forget about my pain.

I also love traveling but I've been myself restraining from doing so because I felt it's a reward I needed to gain coz' lately work is not doing very good. I did not think of it this way. I've tried most of the things you've mentioned and I totally agree ๐Ÿ™‚ (minus the aromatherapy one perhaps- I've been told and have read some articles that say it's harmful for allergy prone people and may cause respiratory problems should you be exposed to the essential oils or VOCs for a prolonged period of time..

    The one thing I don't do is the night sky one.. it's a beautiful idea and I love it ๐Ÿ˜‰ It reminds me of a poem I read back in university about the sky and the sea, being engulfed in nature and feeling that intimate immensity.

    I'll definitely try the night sky.

  29. I have been having problems with my friends from school. So I have a group of friends at school who can be my friends one minute and then my enemies the next minute. I just feel like i'm the least favorite out of the group. Like i'm always in the center of jokes or no one wants to be my partner in class. And i am constantly being kind and loyal and caring but i feel like they never give the same respect back.and sometimes i feel like they are just too childish for me. So what should I do?

  30. I feel calm when I clean my apartment. I have no idea why that is but I'm guessing I feel at ease when it's clean around me. At night, before I go to bed I always do the dishes, clean the cats litter box, put away stuff that are in the way etc. I've also started meditating, like 30 minutes a day and it has really helped. I'm closer to my emotions and I feel much more energized than normal. I also noticed I sleep through the night without waking up a bunch of times. It's great! ๐Ÿ™‚ Thanks for the tips, I'm gonna try and drink more tea, I'm not a huge fan of warm drinks but I'll give it a try!

    Also i started not to watch the news anymore as this makes me anxious and try to stay away from social media. There is a lot of negative energy and news out there and it affects ppl.

  39. I just saw this video and I'm subscribing. I needed this right now. I've had the most stressful month ever and I work with my husband 24/7 as well. It helped me a lot just hearing about going outside and that someone else has this issue. ๐Ÿ™‚

  40. I love aromatherapy! It's amazing! I work at home too and it becomes way too overwhelming. We just went on vacation and I felt like a different person, worry free and genuinely happy. Was only gone a week and came back and felt like crying because all my stress was back
