  1. I'm a vegan so it shouldn't be that hard to lose weight right?
    Wrong.
    I will go a week eating almost nothing and then just binge on everything. Cookies, chips, soda. I hate that I do this so I don't even bother anymore. Am I the only one who does this?

  3. I’ve managed to control my craving of junk foods when I feel like completing my 30-day food challenge. I don’t take a single bite (or sip) of junk for an entire 30 days. I’ve done it seven times (as of now).

  4. I'm on a permanent diet, this is sooo hard but I tell myself that my diet is healthier and better for my health.

    2. Eating only sald on a diet is NOT healthy!!!! And also not sustainable
    If you are looking forward to lose weight or probably fat you shoud eat mostly whole food and protein
    3. Burrito is actually quite healthy
    4. The key to loosing fat is to work out and build muscle, track your calories because you have to be on a calories deficit, track your macros and BE PATIENT- Changes take time
    5. I also love food- that's why I eat healthy because you are what you eat and btw eating good is NOT boring, is NOT only a salad, is NOT plain in taste

  10. Y’all, it really doesn’t matter how much you eat. You can always burn it off. Yes, you can go to the gym & be awkward around the fit people, but you don’t have to.
    Have a dance party in your living room, time yourself on how long you can hold a plank & try to break that record until you’ve reached two minutes for a plank, or just go on a fun run with friends or family.
    Even strolling around your neighborhood & stretching while you’re on the couch burns calories.
    You don’t have to be a CrossFit triathlon athlete on a Paleo diet to be healthy.
